Aged in Ex-Shiraz barrels for 26 months, this mixed culture barrel aged sour is brewed with our house culture and exhibits fantastic stone fruit, melon and black tea. 

Sold in a two pack, each expression is from a single barrel filled at the same point in time. 

Being 2 and half years old these sours are not for the feint of heart with a fairly low ph.

Closure is cork and cap.
